While implementing a Customer Data Server, usually individual adaptation to the Customer Care environment respectively the Billing environment of the network operator becomes necessary. ErgonomiX:TCDS™ is designed in a way that allows the configuration of an adequate interface to the existing systems within a few days. The existing systems only have to provide simple data records in an optional format. Via a basic library for data conversion ErgonomiX has the ability to accept individual data structures in nearly arbitrary formatting and coding from external systems and to convert them into the format of the ErgonomiX products.
